Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any purchases. This policy enables us to maintain our commitment to offering luxury-quality pieces at affordable, customer-friendly prices.
Replacements
Replacements are available within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must remain unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
After orders have started the processing period. Orders can no longer be canceled or edited, or changed. Please get in touch with us if you made a mistake on your order. We will do our best to make it right for you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide your order number along with clear photos, and our team will ensure a prompt replacement. ( Most Items are limited editions; the item may be out of stock and not available for replacement.) In this case, we will do our best to accommodate the customer with another item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items are required to be returned by the customer; the customer is not required to pay return shipping costs. The customer will receive an email with information on how to return items. (See How to initiate a Return)
How to Initiate Replacement
To begin the replacement process, please click on the contact us button below. Our Charming Team will contact you within 24 hours by email with the next steps. Once the item is approved for replacement. The customer will receive an email decision and the process for the replacement. Damage or replacement Items are required to be returned by the customer; the customer is not required to pay return shipping costs on damaged or incorrect items. Once the damaged or incorrect item is received. The customer will receive an email with a new tracking number for the replacement item. The customer is not required to pay a shipping fee for the replacement item.
Final Sale Items
Select items may be designated as Final Sale and are not eligible for exchange or replacement. These will always be clearly noted on the product page.
Customized items are final sale and can not be replaced. We will verify the customized items before items are shipped. To ensure the items are correct and customized to your favor.
